kowhai festival
on Saturday we went to the kowhai festival in warworth, and there were lots of kidy rides and games to do and also lots of stalls. All the kidy stuff were mostly, a rock climbing wall these little go cart thingys a horse carrige with two ponys at the front, those trampoline bungee things, and this ball thing that you go in and walk across this water in a pool, and there was also some bouncy castels. as you can see that picture up there was taken on the log flume at Rainbows end. it was so much fun, the rides I went on was the gold rush, log-flume, I even went on the mini fear fall the reason I didn't
go on the big fear fall was because it had closed just as we were walking over there, dum don't you think.
I also watched the show, went in the motion master had candy floss, went on the pirate ship, went and played those prize winning games, went on the go carts and we also went in that big red dome thing with lots of games in it. If you've ever been there you will obviously know what I'm talking about.

OUR TRIP TO THE SNOW !!!!!
ITS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I HAVE ACTULLY TOLD YOU GUYS BUT YES I DID GO TO THE SNOW. DAY 1 FIRST WE PACKED EVERYTHING INTO THE CAR THE WE HEADED OFF TO WARKWORTH TO PICK UP THIS VAN WE WERE RENTING, THE MAN THERE SAID IT WAS THE FLASHEST ONE OF THEM ALL, AND IT WAS IT WAS A NISSAN. AFTER WE DID ALL THAT WE DROVE DOWN TO AUKLAND TO PICK MY BROTHER UP BECAUSE HE WAS COMING WITH US, THEN AFTER THAT WE WENT AND VISITED MY NANA. THEN THERE WAS ONE MORE STOP THAT WAS TO GET SOME PIES. THEN IT WAS STREIGHT TO THE SNOW EVRYONE IN THE CAR BASICLY WENT TO SLEEP THE HOLE DRIVE EXEPT FOR DAD BECAUSE HE WAS DRIVING. WHEN WE GOT TO OUR MOTEL WE UNPAKED THE VAN AND MADE SOME DINNER. AFTER THAT WE HAD A GOOD NIGHTS REST FOR THE NEXT DAY
DAY 2 THAT DAY WE GOT INTO OUR SNOW GEAR AND WENT TO THE SNOW RENTEL SHOP WHERE YOU BUY GLOVES AND ALL THAT WE WENT TO GET SOME SNOW GOGLES AND BEANYS. WHEN THAT WAS ALL OUT OF THE WAY WE HEADED OFF TO MT RAUPAHU THE SKI FEILD. ONCE WE WERE GETTING CLOSER TO THE MOUNTAIN IT WAS SNOWING ON OUR VAN LUCKLY WHEN ARRIVED WE ALREADY HAD OUR SNOW GEAR ON BECAUSE IT WAS SNOWING ON OUR HEADS. WE RENTED A PAIR OF SKIS FOR ME. I WAS ACTUALLY PRETTY GOOD AT SKIING BECAUS LIKE A YEAR AGO WE WENT THERE AND I HAD LESSONS.
DAY 3 ON THAT DAY IT WAS TIME TO LEAVE THE SNOW TRIP. SO WE PACKED THE THINGS IN OUR VAN AND HEADED OFF :( IT WAS SO MUCH FUN. ON THE WAY WE STOPED IN ROTORUA AND WENT TO THE MUD POOLS, WE ALSO WENT TO THE HOT RIVER WHERE YOU CAN SWIM, AND SOME NAUGHTY PEOPLE CHUCKED GLASS IN THE WATER AND I STOOD ON IT ANS HAD A HUGE AS CUT. WE ALSO WENT TO LAKE TELPO AND TOOK SOME PHOTOS THERE. THEN WE HEADED BACK TO WARKWORTH AND DROPED OF THE VAN AND PICKED UP OUR CAR.
